Tenor
Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, an die Klägerin 2.925,20 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 26.04.2014 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, die Kläger von Ansprüchen wegen vorgerichtlicher Inkassokosten der J GmbH, Y-Straße in E in Höhe von 337,07 Euro freizustellen.
Es wird festgestellt, dass sich der Rechtsstreit in Höhe von 1.789,00 Euro erledigt hat.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten 75 % und die Klägerin 25 %.
Das Urteil ist für die Klägerin gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrags vorläufig vollstreckbar. Für die Beklagten ist das Urteil vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Klägerin kann die Vollstreckung der Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils gegen die Klägerin vollstreckbaren Betrags abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leisten.
