Tenor
hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf im schriftlichen Verfahren mit einer Schriftsatzeinreichungsfrist bis zum 15.01.2015 durch den Richter am Amtsgericht I
für Recht erkannt:
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.172,97 € zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus 1.154,07 € seit dem 6.8.2013, aus weiteren 189,- € vom 15.8.2013 bis zum 12.3.2014 und aus weiteren 18,90 € seit dem 13.3.2014 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Der Klägerin werden die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu 12% auferlegt,
den Beklagten als Gesamtschuldnern zu 88%.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch die Klägerin durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des vollstreckbaren Betrags abzuwenden, wenn die Klägerin nicht Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrags leistet.
