hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf im schriftlichen Verfahren mit einer Schriftsatzeinreichungsfrist bis zum 4. August 2015 durch den Richter am Amtsgericht I für Recht erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Kläger auferlegt.
