Der Angeklagte wird wegen fahrlässiger Trunkenheit im Verkehr zu einer
Geldstrafe von 60 Tagessätzen zu je 10,00 € verurteilt.
Dem Angeklagten wird die Fahrerlaubnis entzogen. Sein Führerschein wird eingezogen.
Die Verwaltungsbehörde wird angewiesen, dem Angeklagten vor Ablauf von 8 Monaten seit Rechtskraft dieses Urteils keine neue Fahrerlaubnis zu erteilen.
