für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.000,00 EUR (in Worten: eintausend Euro) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 02.10.2015 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Beklagten hat das Gericht gestattet, die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Zwangsvollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
