für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, 351,82 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 24.07.2015 zu zahlen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin 71 % und die Beklagte 29 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Parteien können die Vollstreckung durch die jeweils andere Partei durch Leistung einer Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht zuvor die jeweils andere Partei Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
