In der Jugendstrafsache

wegen öffentlicher Aufforderung zu Straftaten

für Recht erkannt:

Der Angeklagte X wird wegen Volksverhetzung sowie öffentlicher Aufforderung zu Straftaten zu einer Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von sechs Monaten verurteilt, deren Vollstreckung zur Bewährung ausgesetzt wird.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens und seine eigenen notwendigen Auslagen trägt der Angeklagte.
