Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger jeweils 400,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 01.11.2016 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Kläger vor der Vollstreckung eine Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des zu vollstreckenden Betrages leisten.
