After an oral hearing on 15 February 2018, Düsseldorf Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff €1,125.20, together with interest at five percentage points above the base rate from 4 January 2018 and €201.71 in pre-litigation legal fees. The defendant was also ordered to bear the costs of the proceedings. The judgment was declared provisionally enforceable, subject to security provisions allowing either party to avert enforcement by providing security of 110% of the enforceable amount.

Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 15.02.2018 durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht W

für Recht erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.125,20 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 04.01.2018 sowie vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 201,71 EUR zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrags abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrags leistet.
