beschlossen:
Die Antragsgegnerin ist verpflichtet, das Kind L, geboren am ##.##.####, derzeit aufhältig bei der Antragsgegnerin, L-Straße in E/Deutschland, binnen 14 Tagen ab Rechtskraft dieses Beschlusses nach Österreich zurückzuführen.
Für den Fall, dass die Antragsgegnerin der Verpflichtung zu Ziffer 1. nicht innerhalb der ihr gesetzten Frist nachkommt, ist sie und jede Person, bei der sich das Kind aufhält, verpflichtet, das Kind L, geboren am ##.##.####, an den Antragsteller oder eine von ihm bestimmte Person zum Zwecke der Rückführung des Kindes nach Österreich herauszugeben.
Die Vollstreckung dieses Beschlusses findet von Amts wegen statt, § 44 Abs. 3 IntFamRVG.
Die Antragsgegnerin wird darauf hingewiesen, dass für den Fall der Zuwiderhandlung ein Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von bis zu 25.000,00 EUR, sowie für den Fall, dass dieses nicht beigetrieben werden kann oder die Anordnung eines Ordnungsgeldes keinen Erfolg verspricht, Ordnungshaft bis zu 6 Monaten angeordnet werden kann.
Zudem kann die Vollstreckung durch einen Gerichtsvollzieher unter Anwendung unmittelbaren Zwangs angeordnet werden.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens trägt die Antragsgegnerin.
Der Verfahrenswert wird auf 5.000,00 € festgesetzt.
