hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

für Recht erkannt:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagte zu 86 %, der Kläger zu 14 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
