für Recht erkannt:

Das Versäumnisurteil des Amtsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 10.01.2019 (Az.: 27 C 257/18) bleibt mit der Maßgabe aufrechterhalten, dass sich die Vollstreckbarkeit nach dem hiesigen Urteil richtet.

Die weiteren Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung i.H.v. 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, sofern der Kläger nicht vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit i.H.v. 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
