Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 30.10.2019 durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht I

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger einen Betrag i.H.v. 3.381,16 € zuzüglich Zinsen i.H.v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 15.01.2018 sowie außergerichtliche Nebenkosten i.H.v. 413,64 € nebst Zinsen i.H.v. 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 31.11.2018 zu zahlen.

Die Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
