Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 600,00 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 20.03.2019 sowie vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 147,56 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 30.07.2019 zu zahlen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Klägerin 11,5% und die Beklagte 88,5% zu tragen.
