The plaintiffs pursued appellate relief against judgments of the Hannover courts. Auf die Rechtsmittel der Kläger werden das Urteil der 6. Zivilkammer des Landgerichts Hannover vom 4. Juni 2014 aufgehoben und das Urteil des Amtsgerichts Hannover vom 3. Dezember 2013 abgeändert und wie folgt neu gefasst:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger jeweils 400 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 29. Januar 2013 zu zahlen und die Kläger von vorgerichtlichen Rechtsverfolgungskosten in Höhe von 120,67 € freizustellen.
Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
