The Federal Labour Court dismissed the plaintiff's revision against the judgment of the Baden-Württemberg Labour Court of Appeal. The court issued the decision without a statement of facts or reasons under § 313a(1) ZPO. The plaintiff was ordered to bear the costs of the revision proceedings.
