§ 93d Abs. 1 Satz 3 BVerfGG; non-acceptance of a constitutional complaint; the Court may decline to provide further reasons where the complaint is not accepted for decision. In such cases, the complaint is terminated without substantive elaboration; a reference to a parallel decision of the same date is permissible. The order is final and non-appealable.
