The complainant brought an election complaint before the Federal Constitutional Court. After the rapporteur's indications, the Court held that the submissions gave no reason to alter the preliminary assessment. It therefore dismissed the complaint and, pursuant to § 24 sentence 2 BVerfGG, gave no further reasons.
