The Federal Constitutional Court discontinued the constitutional complaint proceedings after the complainant declared the matter resolved. As a result, the application for interim relief also became moot. The Court ordered the Federal Republic of Germany to reimburse the complainant’s necessary expenses because the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees had amended the challenged decision after renewed review. It also fixed the object value at EUR 10,000 for the constitutional complaint and EUR 5,000 for the interim relief application.

Das Verfahren wird eingestellt, nachdem der Beschwerdeführer es für erledigt erklärt hat.
Damit erledigt sich der Antrag auf Erlass einer einstweiligen Anordnung.
Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland hat dem Beschwerdeführer die notwendigen Auslagen gemäß § 34a Abs. 3 BVerfGG zu erstatten, da das Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge den streitgegenständlichen Bescheid nach nochmaliger Prüfung abgeändert hat.
Der Gegenstandswert wird für das Verfassungsbeschwerdeverfahren auf 10.000 Euro (in Worten: zehntausend Euro) und für das Verfahren auf Erlass einer einstweiligen Anordnung auf 5.000 Euro (in Worten: fünftausend Euro) festgesetzt.
Diese Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
