Martinez.

Before Dowdin Calvillo, Chair; McKeag and Wesley, Members.
DECISION

McKEAG, Member: This case comes before the Public Employment Relations Board
(PERB or Board) on appeal by Leroy Jessie Martinez (Martinez) of a Board agent’s dismissal
(attached) of his unfair practice charge. The charge alleged that the Fontana Unified School

District violated its obligations under EERA. Accordingly, the Board agent dismissed the

charge for failure to establish a prima facie case.
