THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 19,
2005, be modified to read as follows:
At page 3, line 8, delete: We shall affirm the judgments
and replace with: We shall direct a stay of count 4 as to
Kenney and otherwise affirm the judgments.
This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.
