PER CURIAM:
Xavia T. Goodwyn appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation
of the magistrate judge and granting judgment to Defendants following a bench trial on
Goodwyn’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 excessive force claim and related claims. We have reviewed
the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by
the district court and deny as moot Goodwyn’s motion for emergency transfer because he
has been released from prison. Goodwyn v. Roop, No. 7:17-cv-00271-NKM-JCH (W.D.
Va. Aug. 12, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal
contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would
not aid the decisional process.
