PER CURIAM:
Randy Golden appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment to
Defendants in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action.* We have reviewed the record and find no
reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Golden v. Werner, No.
1:20-cv-02480-RDB (D. Md. Nov. 17, 2021). We deny Golden’s motion to appoint
counsel and dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
AFFIRMED
* This case returns to us following a limited remand in which the district court
granted Golden’s motion to extend the appeal period, rendering the appeal timely.
