PER CURIAM:
Samuel Ellis appeals the district court’s orders denying his motions for additional
discovery and to appoint counsel, granting summary judgment in favor of Defendants, and
denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. We have reviewed the record and find
no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. Ellis v. Wilson, et al., No. 5:21-ct-03048-BO
(E.D.N.C. Jan. 10, 2023; May 26, 2023; Sept. 11, 2023). We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
