PER CURIAM:
David Martin McLester, a North Carolina inmate, appeals the district court’s order
dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A for failure to state a
claim. We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error in the district court’s
conclusion that McLester failed to state a claim of deliberate indifference under the Eighth
Amendment. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. McLester v. DeGuehery,
No. 5:23-ct-03263-FL (E.D.N.C. Apr. 12, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because
the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court
and argument would not aid the decisional process.
