2
PER CURIAM:
Ashanti Rhan Henry, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court’s order granting
Respondent’s motion for summary judgment and denying relief on Henry’s 28 U.S.C.
§ 2241 petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly,
we affirm the district court’s order. Henry v. Brown, No. 5:24-cv-00028-JPB-JPM (N.D.
W. Va. May 2, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal
contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would
not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
