PER CURIAM:
Brian A. Reavis appeals the district court’s order dismissing his amended 42 U.S.C.
§ 1983 complaint without prejudice under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). We have reviewed
the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order.
Reavis v. Darden, No. 5:24-ct-03257-D-RJ (E.D.N.C. filed May 22, 2025, & entered May
23, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
