PER CURIAM:
Osha A. Johnson appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of
the magistrate judge and dismissing with prejudice Johnson’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action for
failure to participate in his deposition, Fed. R. Civ. P. 37, and for failure to comply with a
court order, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible
error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Johnson v. Timmons, No.
5:23-cv-03368-JFA (D.S.C. June 23, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the
facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and
argument would not aid the decisional process.
