Plaintiffs ESTATE OF DECEDENT LOLOMANIA SOAKAI, LAVINIA SOAKAI,
DANIEL FIFITA, SAMIEUELA FINAU, INA LAVALU, and Defendants CITY OF
OAKLAND, WALID ABDELAZIZ, and JIMMY MARIN-CORONEL, by and through their
respective undersigned attorneys of record, hereby stipulate as follows:
WHEREAS the parties have reached a full and final settlement agreement of this action,
the terms of which are set forth in a written Release and Settlement Agreement that resolves all
claims among the parties without trial;

WHEREAS, each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs; and
WHEREAS, there are no further issues for the Court to resolve;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule
41(a)(1)(A)(ii), this action, including each of Plaintiffs’ causes of action set out in Plaintiffs’
Complaint in the above-captioned action against all named Defendants, shall be dismissed with
prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.
