UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
DISTRICT OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
Kimberly Crosson
v.
David Tilton
Case No. 25-cv-81-SE-AJ
ORDER
On October 29, 2025, the plaintiff was ordered to show cause why this case should not
be dismissed due to improper venue. (Doc. No. 3). The court cautioned the plaintiff that
failure to timely comply with the show cause order will result in a recommendation that this
matter be dismissed without prejudice. As the plaintiff has failed to respond to the show
cause order, the court recommends that this case be dismissed without prejudice.
Any objections to this Report and Recommendation must be filed within fourteen days
of receipt of this notice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(2). The objection period may be extended
upon motion. Only those issues raised in the written objections are subject to review in the
district court, and any issues not preserved by such objection are precluded on appeal.
Santos-Santos v. Torres-Centeno, 842 F.3d 163, 168 (1st Cir. 2016) (citations omitted).
SO ORDERED.
