Court of Appeals, State of Michigan ORDER PEOPLE OF MI V KANYE WOODS Docket No. 380769 LC No. 26-000072-01-FC Andrew J. Lievense Presiding Judge Philip P. Mariani Mariam S. Bazzi Judges The motion for reconsideration is DENIED. This Court reviews “de novo the bindover decision to determine whether the district court abused its discretion, giving no deference to the circuit court’s decision.” People v Hawkins, 340 Mich App 155, 173; 985 NW2d 853 (2022) (quotation marks and citation omitted). While defendant identifies a factual error in the district court’s reasoning to bind over defendant, the district court did not abuse its discretion in deciding to bind defendant over because probable cause supports the district court’s decision. People v Henderson, 282 Mich App 307, 312; 765 NW2d 619 (2009) (holding that a “decision to bind over a defendant on the factual sufficiency of the evidence is reviewed for an abuse of discretion”); People v Yost, 468 Mich 122, 126; 659 NW2d 604 (2003) (quotation marks and citation omitted). Presiding Judge
