RE: CLERKS AUTHORIZED TO APPROVE AND SIGN BAIL AFFIDAVITS
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 361 of the Public Laws of 1998, effective
August 10, 2011, the following persons in the Clerk’s Office are hereby authorized to
approve and sign bail affidavits required for the posting of surety bail posted in the
