SUPERIOR COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2013-07 In RE: WC-2012-0126 Town of North Kingstown v North Kingstown Firefighters Association WC-2012-0127 International Firefighters #1651 v Town of North Kingstown WM-2012-0368 Town of North Kingstown v North Kingstown Firefighters Association WM-2012-0453 North Kingstown Firefighters v Town of North Kingstown WM-2012-0542 Town of North Kingstown v International Assoc. Firefighters WM-2013-0516 RI State Labor Relations Board v Town of North Kingstown PC-2013-4261 North Kingstown v Department of Labor and Training ASSIGNMENT OF CASES TO SINGLE JUSTICE The above causes of action are assigned to the Honorable Brian P. Stern for the purpose of not only presiding over the trials of said cases but of managing, supervising, scheduling and disposing of any and all pending motions and future motions pertaining to such cases, as well as any other ancillary matters pertaining to same.
