ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2012-10
IN RE: MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM (“MERS”)
ASSIGNMENT OF CASES TO JUSTICES
All such causes of action filed in the Superior Court in Providence,
Kent, Washington and Newport Counties are assigned to the Honorable
Allen P. Rubine and the Honorable Bennett R. Gallo for the purpose of
presiding over the trials of such causes, as well as managing, supervising,
scheduling and disposing of such causes, including any and all pre-trial
motions pertaining to same.
The Court directs the transfer of any and all such files to Mr. Justice
Rubine’s or Mr. Justice Gallo’s attention.
Mr. Justice Rubine and Mr. Justice Gallo are empowered to issue
special orders for the due administration of these causes of action.
All MERS appeals shall be filed, and fees collected, in Kent County
