Counsel Marcus A. Valverde has filed an “Agreed Motion for Withdrawal of Counsel,”
requesting that we discharge him as attorney of record for the appellee in this case. See Tex. R.
App. P. 6.5. Appellee signed the motion, indicating that Appellee approved and consented to the
motion.
We GRANT the motion and ORDER that Valverde is discharged from this
case. IT IS SO ORDERED this 20th day of October 2026.
