opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Rolando Arredondo
Castro’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Arredondo Castro’s habeas
application; and REINSTATE the information charging Arredondo Castro with the misdemeanor
offense of criminal trespass.
