opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Rafael Martinez
Martinez’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Martinez Martinez’s habeas
application; and REINSTATE the information charging Martinez Martinez with the misdemeanor
offense of criminal trespass.
