opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Bonifacio Hernandez
Avila’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Hernandez Avila’s habeas
application; and REINSTATE the information charging Hernandez Avila with the misdemeanor
offense of criminal trespass.
