Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus on July 20, 2025. We denied the petition on

00329-CR, 2016 WL 2974371, at *1 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] May 19, 2016, orig.
proceeding) (refusing to “re-open” cases after the deadline to file a motion for rehearing had
expired). Relator failed to do so. The motion for rehearing is DENIED.

It is so ORDERED on November 12, 2025.
