REASSIGNMENT OF THE FOLLOWING MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION CASES IS
ORDERED:
15-0084 	IN RE KUBOSH LITIGATION
In 2015, the Panel granted the motion to transfer cases filed against Defendants Felix
Michael Kubosh a/k/a Kubosh Bail Bonding and Paul Kubosh a/k/a Kubosh Law Office to a
multidistrict litigation pretrial court. 	Under Rule 13 of the Texas Rules of Judicial
Administration, the cases listed in the Appendix of the Motion to Transfer and all tag-along cases
were transferred to Judge Michael Gomez of the 129th District Court of Harris County. 	See Tex.
R. Jud. Admin. 13.
The Panel has received notice that Judge Gomez has recused himself from serving as the
pretrial judge and from presiding over one of the underlying cases that was pending before the
129th District Court. Accordingly, the Panel reassigns the cases listed in the Appendix and all
tag-along cases to Judge Daryl L. Moore of the 333rd District Court of Harris County. See id.
