Tarif des émoluments judiciaires du Tribunal fédéral

du 31 mars 2006 (État le 1^erjanvier 2007)

Le Tribunal fédéral suisse,

vu les art. 15, al. 1, let. a, et 65, de la loi du 17 juin 2005 sur le Tribunal fédéral (LTF)¹,

arrête:

Pour les contestations (recours et demandes) portant sur des affaires pécuniaires, l’émolument judiciaire prévu à l’art. 65, al. 3, let. b, LTF est fixé en principe comme il suit:

5 000 000–10 000 000	10 000– 60 000
supérieure à 10 000 000	20 000–100 000

Dans les contestations non pécuniaires, l’émolument va de 200 à 5000 francs conformément à l’art. 65, al. 3, let. a, LTF; il va de 200 à 1000 francs dans les cas prévus à l’art. 65, al. 4, LTF (affaires concernant des prestations d’assurance sociale, des discriminations à raison du sexe, des litiges résultant de rapports de travail dont la valeur litigieuse n’excède pas 30 000 francs et des litiges relatifs aux art. 7 et 8 de la loi du 13 décembre 2002 sur l’égalité pour les handicapés²).
La majoration exceptionnelle des montants supérieurs prévue à l’art. 65, al. 5, LTF est réservée.
Le tarif des émoluments judiciaires du Tribunal fédéral du 31 mars 1992³est abrogé.
Le présent tarif entre en vigueur le 1^erjanvier 2007.
