Le Département fédéral des finances (DFF),
vu l’art. 24, al. 2, de la loi fédérale du 15 juin 2012 sur l’imposition internationale à la source (LISint)1,
arrête:
L’intérêt moratoire dû, en vertu de l’art. 24, al. 1, LISint, en cas de paiements uniques, d’impôts libératoires et de paiements libératoires virés en retard, est calculé selon l’ordonnance du 29 novembre 1996 sur l’intérêt moratoire en matière d’impôt anticipé2.
La présente ordonnance entre en vigueur en même temps que la LISint.3
