Le Conseil fédéral suisse,
vu l’art. 2, al. 2, de la loi fédérale du 2 octobre 19241sur le Service des postes,
arrête:
Le transport régulier des voyageurs à titre professionnel en bateaux sur le Rhin entre Bâle et Rheinfelden est exclu de la régale des postes jusqu’à nouvel ordre.
Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 15 mai 1960.
