Le Conseil fédéral suisse,
vu les art. 13, al. 3, et 19, al. 2, de la loi du 16 juin 2017 sur l’établissement chargé de l’administration des fonds de compensation de l’AVS, de l’AI et du régime des APG1,
arrête:
L’établissement «compenswiss (Fonds de compensation AVS/AI/APG)» a son siège à Genève.
Les organes de l’établissement sont habilités à arrêter les mesures qui s’imposent en vue de la phase initiale de son exploitation. Ils peuvent notamment conclure des contrats avec des tiers.
