Par dérogation à l’art. 13 de l’accord2, les mesures prévues aux par. 1 et 2 du protocole no6 et de l’art. 1 du protocole no7 de l’«Acte relatif aux conditions d’adhésion et aux adaptations des traités» concernant respectivement certaines restrictions quantitatives intéressant l’Irlande et l’importation de véhicules à moteur et l’industrie du montage en Irlande, sont applicables à l’égard de la Suisse.3
