Le Conseil mixte,
vu le retrait du Portugal de l’Association suite à l’entrée de ce pays dans les Communautés Européennes,
désireux, dans ce contexte, de continuer à promouvoir le développement de l’industrie portugaise, et de permettre ainsi au Fonds AELE de développement industriel en faveur du Portugal de poursuivre ses activités,
vu le par. 5 (a) de la Décision du Conseil no4 de 19762,
vu la prochaine adhésion de la Finlande à la Convention,
vu l’Accord,
décide:
