In Item 6(b), Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) must list all holders of 5% or more.

Hi Evan, hope all is well. A question on Item 6(b) disclosure: with respect to our client, a limited liability partnership (LLP, not LP), there is no general partner - the LLP has officers/directors. Can you please confirm that consistent with treatment of limited partnerships, we need not disclose the individual limited liability partners, and that we can indicate “not applicable” in response to Item 6(b)?
