Sec. 1. (a) The department may assess visitors a parking fee for parking in a state parking facility. Parking fee schedules are set as follows:
| 0 – 30 minutes | $11 | ||
| 30 minutes – 3 hours | $15 | ||
| 3 – 5 hours | $20 | ||
| 5 – 6 hours | $25 | ||
| 6 – 10 hours | $30 | ||
| 10 – 24 hours | $40 | ||
| Lost ticket | $80 |
(b) Parking rates are based on the length of time used, including hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, demand, and special events.
(c) The department shall review parking fee schedules annually.
