AN ACT

Relating to the recovery of the costs of making connections with the sewers in the city of Philadelphia.

Section 1. Cost of Making Connections

The City of Philadelphia, any lot or premises, in said city, shall be connected with the sewers thereof, the entire cost of making such connections shall be a lien upon said lot or premises, in the same manner as the charges or assessments for sewers are by law a lien upon real estate in said city; and the liens therefor may be filed and collected in the same manner as liens for the said sewer charges or assessments are now filed and collected. 1867, April 10, P.L. 1111, Sec. 1.
