ROADS HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES SUPPLEMENT ACT
                   Act of Apr. 3, 1872, P.L. 36, No. 26               Cl. 36
                               A SUPPLEMENT

     To an act, entitled "An Act relating to roads, highways and
        bridges," approved the thirteenth day of June, Anno Domini
        one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, repealing the
        fifth section of said act, so far as it relates to boroughs.

        Sec. 1.  Not to apply to certain boroughs
        The fifth section of the act relating to roads, highways and
     bridges, approved the twelfth day of June, 1836, whereby the
     breadth of public roads is limited to fifty feet, be and the
     same is hereby repealed, so far as the same applies to the
     boroughs of this Commonwealth, not incorporated under the
     provisions of the general borough law.  1872, April 3, P.L. 36,
